Task description
During the exercise, the task is to roll the large single sectors from 17 to 20 without sector errors. Each large sector hit is worth 1 point. If the roll is a double, triple or small single, it is worth 0 points but you do not reset. However, in the case of a sector error, you reset. It is important that you have a maximum of 30 minutes for one number.
Why is it worth doing this?
You need to build muscle memory, which is one of the most important things about large sectors. You can achieve this by throwing all your arrows in one place. It is important to think in terms of big target big mistake, small target small mistake, so that the focus is always in the middle of the large sector. If this doesn't work properly at first, you can stick a pin into the board to help.
The task can also be a classic feedback exercise, so it's worth keeping track of how much you succeed at each time and looking back at the results over the course of months.
