How much does shipping cost?
You have the option to order products via parcel machine or home delivery.
For orders exceeding a gross value of HUF 25,000, shipping is FREE .
You can find the current shipping rates in the Shipping Terms and Conditions .
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If you place your order by 11:00 on a given day , it will be handed over to the relevant shipping company that same day, so there is a good chance that it will arrive the next day .
How does loyalty point work?
With every purchase, we credit your profile with loyalty points , which are equal to 5% of the price of the purchased products. You can redeem the loyalty points for coupons of various values ( minimum 500 HUF ) that you can use on your next purchase.
You can find the redemption option by opening the gift card icon in the lower left corner of the screen after logging in .
Are the products in stock?
Yes . You can only place an order for a given product in the web store if it is in stock. If it is out of stock, the interface will not allow you to add it to the cart.
I would like to order a product that is out of stock, what can I do?
Look for one of the contact details. In such a case, there is an option to place a pre-order that the system will immediately reserve upon the next arrival, so you are guaranteed to receive it as soon as it arrives.
How can I take advantage of the competitor discount?
You can use the discount by entering the coupon code created for this purpose when finalizing your purchase: COMPETITION
