Bővebben a kollekcióról

Choosing the right dart shaft fundamentally affects the flight stability of your arrows. Below I will show you what aspects you should consider when buying shafts.

Darts Shaft Length

The length of the shaft has a direct impact on how the arrow behaves in the air and at what angle it hits the target. Longer shafts result in a higher angle of entry, while shorter shafts result in a sharper landing. For best results, it is worth trying out several lengths and finding the one that best suits your throwing style and the shape of your arrow.
to develop.

Material

Dart shafts are made from a variety of materials, including plastic, aluminum, titanium, and carbon. Each material has its own advantages and disadvantages. Plastic shafts are lightweight but tend to break, while aluminum, titanium, and carbon shafts are more durable and do not break, but instead tend to bend under heavy impact.

Weight

The material and thickness of the shaft determines its weight, which also affects the arrow's trajectory. Aluminum and titanium shafts are generally heavier, while carbon and plastic shafts are lighter, but their thickness or the way they are designed with holes can modify this. If you want to fine-tune the arrow's flight balance or angle of arrival, you can even experiment with changing the shaft material.

Rotating Stems

There are also shafts that allow the quill to rotate, reducing the chance of the previously thrown arrow interfering with the next one. While this may be an advantage mainly for advanced players, it can also be of interest to beginners, as it can help the arrow land more stably in different throwing situations.
